i recently discovered your blog.
didn't think anyone else paid attention to set designs/architecture/etc in films. :D
LOL...I just re-read the story and spoke about it (briefly) in my last blogpost.
Another film I need to see...and whoever that priestess is, those tentacle legs are kinda...hot.
c. schjoth, i took a quick glance at your blog. your photographs are beautiful. i'll be sure to go back + read the posts as well. can't wait to see your future posts.
mhr-kara, thanks for discovering us + stopping by anytime. your always welcome.
chef cthulhu, thanks so much for mentioning obscure hollow on your blog. i hope you enjoy dagon, when you get the chance to see it.
I love this movie--I really think it's one of the better/most faithful Lovecraft adaptations out there. Sure, it's not as much fun as Re-Animator, but then, what is? :)
yeah vicar, dagon is one of my personal favorites, too. stuart gordon has a real knack for adapting lovecraft... and when you add jeffrey combs to the gordon/lovecraft combo, amazing things happen.
