Wonderful! I love this film. Great captures! There is a version directed by Hitchcock in 1927. It seems its been done a few times. I have a copy of the book I still need to read. Thanks for posting Micha!

thanks. sorry i've been MIA for so long. i have many new posts on the way.

yeah, i liked this version very much, more than the man in the attic [which seems to be a direct remake].

i also watched mr. sardonicus again this weekend. they seemed to use the same london sets in the beginning of the film, including the horse drawn double decker.
