This is such a good film, one of my all time faves. I'm ready for my close-up Mr De Mille (that's probably a misquote but at least I'm having a go!) :o)

Agreed, one of the greatest movies ever! Works great both as a pulpy, gothic soap opera and as a moody, existential art film. And the crumbling mansion is awesome.
